We do not accept change of mind returns under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

Ordering the wrong colour

Not liking the aesthetic after opening the package

Deciding after the fact that you no longer want the item

Finding a similar or lower-priced item elsewhere

Not reading the product description before purchasing

Incompatibility with a non-supported device

Assuming advanced features that are not advertised, such as precision finding

As a small Australian operation, we keep our prices low and service lean by avoiding unnecessary processing of items that were correctly shipped and functioning as intended. All orders are final unless faulty or not as described.

πŸ”§ Faulty or Incorrect Items

We take quality seriously, and each unit is tested before being shipped. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty item, or one that was shipped incorrectly (wrong colour or a non-functional unit), we may offer a:

Replacement (subject to availability),

Store credit valid for 90 days, or

Refund to your original payment method.

Eligibility criteria:

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

You must include your full name, order number, and a clear description of the issue

You must provide multiple clear photos or videos showing the product and problem

You may be asked to return the product at your cost unless otherwise required

We do not process claims outside this time window. Products returned without prior written approval will not be processed or refunded.

Battery life is estimated to last up to 12 months, but this can vary significantly based on external climate, frequency of usage, and proximity to your paired Apple device. Environments with high humidity, temperature fluctuations, or prolonged exposure to heat may reduce battery performance over time.

All tracking devices ship with batteries pre-installed. Battery replacements can be done by the user by following the manual included with each product.

Our trackers are only compatible with Apple devices that support the Find My network. This includes iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks running updated software. It is critical that you verify compatibility before placing your order. Devices not on this list will not pair, detect, or communicate with the tracker.

We do not accept returns for issues caused by unsupported devices. Below is a complete and up-to-date list of supported Apple products.

πŸ“ Feature Notice – "Find Nearby" Not Available

Our trackers do not support the Apple "Find Nearby" ultra-precise location feature. This function is available only with Apple AirTags using Ultra-Wideband (UWB) chips found in some newer iPhone models. Our trackers use standard Bluetooth and GPS integration through the Find My app, and their location is shown on the map with general accuracy only.

Please consider this before purchasing. No refunds will be given due to missing features that are not advertised.

If you believe your item is faulty or misdescribed, please follow this process:

Contact us via our website

Submit your order number, reason for return, and evidence (images/videos)

Wait for written approval and instructions

If approved, return the item at your own expense (unless otherwise stated) within 14 days

Upon inspection, we will issue a resolution within 14 business days

Unapproved returns will be discarded or returned at the sender’s expense.
